Fridays Fences
I have been busy lately putting in a few vegetables. There is nothing nicer than being able to pick some of your own produce. Hopefully as they grow they will provide a better backdrop to the wire dividing fence. So far I have spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, broad beans, sugar snap peas, strawberries, bock choy, leeks, radish and lettuce plus a few herbs. The lettuce and herbs I have been picking but the rest are still in their infancy.

ReplyDeleteNothing better than home grown veggies. When I was younger, that was the only way we ever had any. It is hard work and time consuming, but worth it in the eating.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy a bountiful harvest from your garden! Nothing better than home grown! Stopping by from Friday Fences. Have a great week end

Going to be very productive Linley..great you have that tap so handy!
ReplyDeleteI'm SO jealous of people who, unlike me, have green thumbs! Luckily partner Pilchard isn't cursed with black thumbs - it's amazing how different some veggies taste to their supermarket counterparts! Broccoli and corn especially!!
ReplyDeleteA FEW veggies that looks more like a market garden. I've been trying for a few years to grow veggies but I have only been mildly successful. I'm a bit lax at looking after them, I guess.
