Depending on how good your eyesight is you may be able to see a tiny triangle on the horizon, keep this in mind

Again, depending on how good your eyesight is you may see a boat  on the horizon

Here comes the yacht

Here comes the boat, carrying it's own  helicopter, as you do

Motor power, versus wind power

Passing, like ships in the night

Each going their separate ways

Me, I'm off for a feed of fish and chips

Skywatch Friday

I almost missed this magnificent sky on Tuesday night if not for a glimpse out the back door at just the right time. Tea was on the table but I just had to run and get the camera and head across the road for a better view down our street. Had no time to change settings but these colours are  close to true.

Skywatch Friday

This sunset was captured at Lake Towerrinning in Western Australia.  It is a popular camping area for water skiers and boaties.

By Day

This was the view from our van, I could never tire of waking up to scenes like this.

Skywatch Friday

The sun setting over Jurien Bay, Western Australia. A bushfire was burning out of control not far from the Jurien townsite, hence the eerie sky.
