Saturday's Critters

This large flock of White Corellas  has been occupying  the old school oval opposite my house just about every morning of late. There is no chance of a sleep in with the screeching  they make. With the recent rain we have had new grasses are shooting up, hence breakfast is on the menu for these rowdies. These birds unfortunately are a pest throughout the wheatbelt area and culling takes place regularly to limit numbers.

Skywatching

Every morning and every night I hear this flock of white corellas fly over. Last night for some reason they were circling in all directions and I managed to get a shot of them before they shot through for the night.

Skywatch Friday, White Corellas Heading Home

Every morning and every evening a large flock of white corellas do a fly by over my house. I was looking for a suitable sky pic and thought I would wait for the birds to go home to roost for the night.
