Fridays Fences

I have been busy lately putting in a few vegetables. There is nothing nicer than being able to pick some of your own produce. Hopefully as they grow they will provide a better backdrop to the wire dividing fence. So far I have spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, broad beans, sugar snap peas, strawberries,  bock choy, leeks, radish and lettuce plus a few herbs. The lettuce and herbs I have been picking but the rest are still in their infancy.

  3. Nothing better than home grown veggies. When I was younger, that was the only way we ever had any. It is hard work and time consuming, but worth it in the eating.

  6. I'm SO jealous of people who, unlike me, have green thumbs! Luckily partner Pilchard isn't cursed with black thumbs - it's amazing how different some veggies taste to their supermarket counterparts! Broccoli and corn especially!!

  7. A FEW veggies that looks more like a market garden. I've been trying for a few years to grow veggies but I have only been mildly successful. I'm a bit lax at looking after them, I guess.
