Little Birdy

About half a dozen of these little birds flitting about in the bottlebrush tree  this morning. Not being a bird expert I need someone to identify it for me (maybe Carole will know ). Central Wheatbelt area of Western Australia.  Also about this morning was my little mate from Bearded Dragon Post , he seems to be making himself welcome in my garden, popping up when I least expect him.   Linking with Wild Bird Wednesday today

  1. two lovely nature shots; I'm wondering if the bird is a White-eared Honeyeater Linley - look to http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/species/Lichenostomus-leucotis and listen to its song; you may recognize it. Lovely to see ...

    1. Thanks Margaret, it is one more bird I can give a name to. I just need a better camera to get up close.
