Lethal Weapon

This is my latest weapon to attack the highly annoying Aussie Fly. Now, instead of always reaching for the can, I test out my reflexes and swat the little buggars when they land a hard surface inside with my RED fly swat. No matter how hard you try to keep them out there is always one or two who like to scurry inside whenever a door is opened. When all else fails, out comes the RED can of Mortein, . The baits that I have outside are a bit too gruesome to show here, they too are very effective. The flies are attracted to the smell of the bait, enter the bottle, can't get out and then drown. One less fly to annoy me. RRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  2. Ha,ha, I have those swatters in every room of the house. I also like a huntsman in every room, they really do a god job. Thais year is particularly bad for blowies and bush flies.

  3. Yes it's about time for the good old Aussie wave (waving away the flies as we talk) I like your plan of action better, no time to be friendly and wave, annoy me and you're a gonna!
The crazy poodle loves flies, they keep him endlessly amused at the beach, he chases them. It's better than a ball - no kidding!
    Have a good week!

  8. Hahahaha, don't buy fly-swats from B....ngs!! I bought one from there to go with the Venus Fly-trap plant I bought as a gift and the head flew off and hit the recipient in the eye! :)

  9. We get annoyed at wasps in the summer. Eating on the porch can sometimes me hazardous. We use beer in our traps, at least they are happy when they leave this world. - Margy

  10. What a fun post! I hate flying insects and insist of having the screen doors tightly shut because I break out in huge itchy spots. They LOVE me!
